Cleveland Cram (1917-1999) was a CIA officer. As deputy head of the agency’s London Station in the 1960s, he helped to compile a critical report on British intelligence which was leaked to MI5’s Peter Wright by James Angleton. In the late 1970s, he was brought out of retirement to compile a report on Angleton’s own tenure as head of the CIA Counterintelligence Staff.
