December 1980 conference of the Consortium for the Study of Intelligence
The Colloquium on Covert Action was held in Washington D.C. on 30-31 December 1980 (ref 1, p.239). The gathering, convened by the Consortium for the Study of Intelligence, involved 'over sixty academics, current and former intelligence practitioners from the US and abroad, and Congressional specialists on intelligence' (ref 1, p.1).
