The former US Embassy in Tel Aviv likely hosted the local CIA station (Krokodyl, CC.3.0).
The CIA station in Tel Aviv was a key link in US-Israel intelligence liaison from the early 1950s. This did not prevent either side from collecting significant covert intelligence on the other.
