Washington DC MI6 station
The Washington Station is the main United States liaison post of the Secret Intelligence Service (SIS) better known as MI6.
Much of MI6's early US activity was focused on New York, where it formed part of William Stephenson's British Security Co-ordination (BSC) during the Second World War.1 BSC posted representatives to several other American cities, including Washington DC.2
